Before making Vanuatu her home, Lyndel built a dynamic career in Australia, successfully operating several small businesses—including a popular dive business on the Sunshine Coast. With a passion for the ocean and entrepreneurship, she and her husband later brought that experience to Vanuatu, where they now co-run a successful boutique dive resort on beautiful Aore Island.
Lyndel also developed strong expertise in real estate during her years in Australia. She worked with The Professionals in Rockhampton for two years, followed by three years on the Sunshine Coast at Bribie Island, gaining valuable industry knowledge and client-focused skills.
In 2009, Lyndel and her husband purchased land on Aore Island, and in 2012 they made the permanent move to Vanuatu to establish their boutique dive resort. Her connection with the island community deepened over the years, and in 2021 she began working as a sales consultant for First National Espiritu Santo on Aore Island. As demand grew, Lyndel expanded her work to include property sales across the mainland of Espiritu Santo, quickly building a reputation as a hardworking and successful real estate agent both on Aore and on Espiritu Santo.
Her dedication and proven results led to a major milestone: Lyndel recently became a director and purchased a half share of First National Espiritu Santo Real Estate business, one of Espiritu Santo’s leading property agencies.
